Ingredients
- 3 medium fresh cucumbers, cut into thin slices
- 180 grams sugar
- 150 milligrams water
- 100 milligrams of vinegar
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or parsley
Instructions
- Place the sliced fresh cucumbers in a 2-liter glass jar.
- In another small jar, put the remaining salad ingredients, close the lid tightly and shake the mixture vigorously until smooth.
- Pour the resulting flavorful marinade (step 2) into the jar with the cucumbers. Cover the jar with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
