Simple and Refreshing Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 medium fresh cucumbers, cut into thin slices
  • 180 grams sugar
  • 150 milligrams water
  • 100 milligrams of vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or parsley

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced fresh cucumbers in a 2-liter glass jar.
  2. In another small jar, put the remaining salad ingredients, close the lid tightly and shake the mixture vigorously until smooth.
  3. Pour the resulting flavorful marinade (step 2) into the jar with the cucumbers. Cover the jar with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Place the prepared refreshing cucumber salad from the jar with the marinade on a serving plate with a slotted spoon. Enjoy it!
