Oatmeal cookies are loved by everyone since childhood. This delicacy is the most popular type of homemade cookies because of the ease of preparation, variety of options and taste qualities. Ingredients
- 120 grams butter
- 100 grams sugar
- 1 egg
- 100 grams oatmeal
- 150 grams flour
- 150 grams chocolate drops
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 50 grams raisin
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 10 grams baking powder
- a pinch salt
Cooking steps
Prepare the products.
Soften the butter. Add sugar and egg. Whisk in the cream. In the resulting mixture, add oat flakes, vanilla sugar, salt, mix with a mixer until smooth. Add the chocolate drops and raisins. Mix again.
Sift the flour. Add the baking powder and cinnamon. Add to the dough, mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps. The dough should be stringy. Cover the baking sheet with parchment and spread the cookies on it with a spoon at a sufficiently large distance from each other, since the dough will spread out strongly when baking. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 20 minutes. The finished cookies should have a golden color.
